What are the payment options?

What is your return policy?

Unless there is a fault with the item, we do not accepts returns or refunds. We will accept return and refunds in specific circumstances, for any enquires regarding this please email me at nebulas_bazaar@yahoo.com.

How long does it take to craft?

We aim to have the plushies made and sent out within two weeks of confirmation of your order, though the bigger the plushie the longer it takes to finish.

Delays may happen if the fabric of choice is out of stock and needs to be ordered.
